How do I contextualize CO.STARTERS Core for ________ audience?

Sometimes our members want to focus a cohort on a specific type of business or entrepreneur—food, arts, women-owned—and ask how they can best contextualize the program. CO.STARTERS was designed to be able to address any of these sufficiently and without modification. We encourage doing the contextualization in your recruiting (who you target) and bringing in guest speakers that demonstrate well the types of business or entrepreneurs you’re looking to support. For example, if a cohort is focused on food and beverage, bring in guest speakers who have launched food and beverage businesses. If this does not provide enough contextualization, we suggest layering additional content over the existing material—maybe an additional 15-30 minutes each week or a deep dive workshop as an additional week.

If your community has a suggestion for a specific kind of contextualization, reach out to us with a plug-in session idea! We’re always looking for feedback on what kinds of new content our members need!
