The typical per participant price falls between $25-$75, with an average of $50. Take a couple things into consideration when you set your price. If you want to do nothing other than recoup the cost of the workshop toolkit, you’ll need to price it higher than $17.50 and make sure you have all 20 spots filled. A lot of groups also offer food and pay their facilitator. You’ll need to add these costs in, as well. We do not recommend offering the workshop for free. Price communicates value, so make sure people know it’s a valuable experience!
