CO.STARTERS Core Program (2020 Edition)
CO.STARTERS Core is a cohort-based program designed for 10–12 weeks that equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the insights, relationships, and tools needed to turn ideas into action.
The new and improved 2020 edition is even more versatile and flexible than the previous 9-week version. Upgrades include updates to content and flow, optional special sessions, and more ways to add local context.

Special Session: “Pitch” Practice Used AFTER Session 9: Planning for Growth and BEFORE Session 10: Celebration During this special session, participants have the opportunity to get additional tips, tools, support, and coaching as they practice sharing their story with others. -
Get all the physical materials you need for one CO.STARTERS Core cohort (2020 edition). It includes 10-16 CO.STARTERS Core Participant Binders and a Facilitator Tools Packet as well as the optional Special Session Plug-ins for adding one or more sessions to your 10-week cohort. Ordering binders for a new cohort? Make sure to check the edition date on your Facilitator binder(s). If it doesn't match, contact [email protected] for information on ordering a new one. NOTE: Before ordering your cohort kit, make sure you have completed the Cohort Information Form. -
Special Session Plugin: Show & Tell Used AFTER Session 3: Finding the Right solution and BEFORE Session 4: Getting the Relationship Right. In this special session, participants get to demo their product or service for the group and get an initial round of feedback to improve their offering. -
Special Session: 30/60/90 Roadmap Used AFTER Session 9: Planning for Growth and BEFORE Session 10: Celebration Continuing the momentum of CO.STARTERS Core post-cohort can be daunting. During this special session, participants will set 30, 60, and 90-day milestones and use planning best practices to define weekly tasks to help accomplish their goals. -
Special Session: Financial Foundations Used AFTER Session 8: Financial Modeling or AFTER Bootcamp Part 3: Build or STANDALONE as a separate workshop for CO.STARTERS Alumni This hands-on session will help starters understand the key numbers behind their business, income, expenses, and profit, and how to organize them using a simple Chart of Accounts. They will learn how to read an Income Statement, build healthy money habits, and gain tools to make more confident financial decisions.
